Why was my account or profile deleted or banned?

You may not type email, phone, or other contact information in your profile. Email can be exanged in chat. You are not allowed to upload any obscene, agressive, nude, or in any way abusive material on this service.

I can't find my confirmation email, what can I do?

You will find useful information on this at our Support Center. 

Why do I have so few contacting me?

The best way to get in touch with other people here is to upload atleast one profile picture. Even better if you also fill in as much details about yourself as possible. Upload more pictures in your picture gallery or maybe a movie. Write a blog about yourself. All these things helps people to trust you for easier way to contact you or answer your messages.

Why can't I send any messages, I have not used my max limit of the day?

If you have reached max number of messages you can keep, you will not be able to send any messages until you delete some from inbox, or sent box. Max messages to keep is calculated from your total number of messages.

Why was my profile picture removed?

You are not allowed to upload any obscene, agressive, nude, or in any way abusive material on this service.

Whats the minimum age using your services?

In our Terms of Use you will find that the minimum age for using our services is 18 years old.

Why was my blog deleted?

 The content in your comment was not appropriate or violated one of our rules. Or the owner of the blog decided to delete your comment.

Why was my profile comment deleted?

 The content in your comment was not appropriate or violated one of our rules. Or the owner of the profile decided to delete your comment.

Why was banned from the chat?

 You have violated one of our rules while chatting or simply repeated bad behavior. The duration of the ban vary depending on your violation. Permanent bans is also possible. For help on resolving your ban please contact our support team.

When I suspend my membership, does it end my subscription? Can I put it on hold?

No. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your initial term.

How do I change my email address or password?

You can change your email address on the "edit your profile" page. Here you can change some other information including search preferences, address and other preferences about your daily routines, habits, hobbies etc. After you've made your changes, click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save.

How does "My Matches" works?

My Matches works according to the basic profile and "search preferences" at the bottom of the "edit profile" page.

When someone emails me, where does the email go and how do I respond?

When a member sends you a note, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address to let you know that it's there.

To read the note, simply login to the site and go to your Inbox. If you decide to write back, simply click "reply", write your own note and send away. Your note will go straight into the member's onsite Inbox, and we'll let them know it's there with an email to their personal email address.

All communications with other members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any personal information until you feel completely ready. Then when you are, you can exchange phone numbers and even meet in person.
